I am very impressed by the customer service I received at GreenBox. The person answering my call was kind and had a sense of urgency to address my need. I appreciated the text correspondence and the ability to coordinate timing of the technician’s visit. It was also great to see the technician get the problem quickly and provide an estimate to fix the issue while at my house. He then had time to actually do the work in one visit. I will call GreenBox again for my HVAC needs.
